As standard for our wear part program we use our high quality BOROX® 500HB steel. The steel composition and heat treatment are optimized for best wear resistance. We do all processing such as drilling, punching and cutting before the heat treatment. This minimizes the risk of lost hardness due to gas cut edges and BOROX® products becomes hard from edge to edge.
A large part of the products we produce are tailored to our customers and their needs, and this is in fact one of our biggest strengths. We can deliver with blasted and painted surface if desired. For very demanding applications, we can also offer BOROX® 550HB material. All for the best service life.
We also produce original parts for Volvo and these are purchased through authorized Volvo retailers. They place the order with us and we can deliver directly to you if desired.

Borox has a large variety of cutting edges in different dimensions, many on stock. We have long lengths but also customized cutting edges for most buckets.
If you do not know the exact model of the bucket/cutting edge, you can send us a simple drawing or sketch and we will help you. We can produce with blasted and/or painted surface if desired.
